Dr. Rena D. Malik is Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Division of Urology and Director of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She completed medical school at NYU School of Medicine followed by urologic residency training at the University of Chicago and fellowship at the University of Texas at Southwestern Medical Center. She specializes in reconstructive urology including the management of female and male voiding dysfunction, urinary incontinence, vaginal and robotic surgery for pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, neurogenic bladder, male and female urethral stricture, vesicovaginal fistula, urethral diverticulum, mesh-related complications, erectile dysfunction, and postprostatectomy incontinence. Dr. Malik is regularly featured by media outlets and has an active YouTube channel providing urologic education. Dr. Anjanette Tan was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. Dr. Basma Faris is a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist and Certified Culinary Medicine Specialist. Dr. Faris attended the University of California at Berkeley where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences. She went on to complete a Masters of Science in Nutrition at Brooklyn College. She received her medical degree from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences of the University at Buffalo in 2009. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Faris began her career in healthcare as a Registered Dietitian. She worked with adults and children to manage chronic health conditions and obesity. She developed curricula for group nutrition interventions for children, pregnant women and adults. As a resident she published a study on the impact of lifestyle intervention on pregnancy outcomes in obese pregnant women. She became a Certified Culinary Medicine Specialist in 2020. There she served as the medical student Clerkship Director, as well as Associate Residency Program Director and she led the peer review committee for the department. Dr. Faris practices General Obstetrics and Gynecology and cares for women in all life stages. Crystal Aguh, MD FAAD

Dr. Crystal Aguh, MD FAAD is an Associate Professor of Dermatology and Director of the Ethnic Skin Program at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Dr Aguh’s area of research focuses primarily on skin conditions that disproportionately impact minority populations, with particular emphasis on cicatricial alopecia. She has authored three books on hair loss and has published over two dozen peer-reviewed journal articles and given multiple national and international talks on these topics.
