Jessica is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with specialized training in sports medicine, orthopedics, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and viscerogenic dysfunction. A lifelong learner, she has dedicated herself to extensive study in the area of manual medicine with the Barral Institute and in Functional Manual Therapy® through the Institute of Physical Art (IPA). In 2017, she achieved the level of Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT), through the IPA becoming one of only 300 people nationally to have reached this level of training. Jessica is also a co-founder of Chelsea Method, an online platform providing women’s health education and rehab programs for the newly postpartum. Jessica has extensive experience helping a diverse clientele from chronic pain to new moms, elite athletes, and Broadway performers. She believes that all individuals have unlimited, untapped potential and is passionate about restoring and optimizing efficient movement. She currently resides in New York City where she owns her own practice.
